  2. Schedule Video Visits for patients using your existing scheduling system. Send reminders via your existing system and/or the messenger service.

  3. Conduct scheduled Video Visit using the application. Add encounter notes to your EHR system during the Video Visit call just as you would in person.

  4. Submit claim for telemedicine reimbursement. Carriers reimburse at the same rate as in person office visit.
