All repairs come with a 120 Day warranty and can be completed in 3 to 7 days. We ship Endoscope loaners to you free of charge within 24 hours of being notified. You will then ship your unit in a prepaid FedEx box back to our facility. Prior to the commencement of any work, you will receive a detailed estimate with necessary repairs required to return the instrument to original manufacturer specifications. All endoscopes undergo a double inspection by our separate Quality control department.

We offer complete capabilities from minor repairs such as damaged cables up to complete rebuilds with image issues on all scopes, camaras, probes, fiber optics and power tool instrumentation. Most manufacturers will convince customers into costly repair / exchange programs but we service only what is necessary to return your instrument back to its original working condition and the cost savings can be substantial. For example, Light Cables are fragile instruments and will eventually wear out or become damaged. The instrument manufacturers choose not to repair them, forcing you to throw them out and purchase costly replacements. We can service all Brands, Models and lengths of Glass Fiber Optic cables at a fraction of the cost of replacement. We will restore your cables back to original “Like New” specifications.
